Clear hauv ib feeb! Qhov "kev hloov pauv tsis muaj neeg siv" ntawm kev lis kev cai hnyav yog cheb thoob plaws cov chaw nres nkoj thoob plaws tebchaws
Kev tsim kho ntawm kev lis kev cai ntse txhawb kev hloov pauv mus rau automation.
Kev saib xyuas kev lis kev cai tab tom muaj kev hloov pauv loj ntawm kev txawj ntse thiab automation. Los ntawm kev siv cov cuab yeej siv qib siab xws li lub dav hlau tsis muaj neeg tsav tsheb, cov nkoj soj ntsuam ntse, thiab cov tsheb tsis muaj tsheb, muaj kev ua haujlwm zoo "peb-" qhov loj me" kev saib xyuas lub network npog dej, av thiab huab cua, txhim kho qhov ua tau zoo ntawm qhov chaw nres nkoj tshem tawm thiab qhov tseeb ntawm kev saib xyuas.
Kev txawj ntse txawj tej yam ntxiv ntawm qhov ntsuas dej ntsuas qhov system
Tau ntsib qhov kev loj hlob tsis tu ncua ntawm cov khoom lag luam loj ntawm cov khoom lag luam ntawm qhov chaw nres nkoj thiab cov chaw nres nkoj tsis tu ncua ntawm ultra- cov neeg nqa khoom loj, cov kev lis kev cai tau nthuav tawm cov ntsuas dej ntse ntsuas qhov ntsuas qhov ntsuas, kev sib koom ua ke cov dav hlau tsis muaj neeg tsav tsheb, cov nkoj soj ntsuam ntse thiab ntse dej ntsuas kev nyeem ntawv thev naus laus zis.
Noj Lianyungang Kev lis kev cai ua piv txwv, cov cuab yeej no tau ua kom muaj kev soj ntsuam zoo thiab kev lis kev cai tshem tawm ntawm cov khoom lag luam tuaj txawv teb chaws. Hauv 2024, tag nrho cov kev saib xyuas ntim tau tshaj 29 lab tons, thiab 59,000 tons ntawm luv luv-cov khoom hnyav tau kuaj pom, zam kev lag luam poob ntawm 47 lab yuan rau cov lag luam. Hauv thawj tsib lub hlis ntawm 2025, cov kev lis kev cai no tau tso siab rau cov thev naus laus zis no kom ua tiav kev saib xyuas ntawm kwv yees li 9.7 lab tons, pab cov lag luam rov qab poob ntawm 29.5 lab yuan.
Unmanned convoys rau av logistics
Nyob rau hauv teb rau "me me thiab nquag" cov khoom xa khoom xa tawm ntawm cov lag luam hauv thaj chaw sib koom ua ke, lub chaw lis kev lis kev cai tau tsim kom muaj kev txawj ntse txuas nrog lub tsheb tsis muaj neeg saib xyuas kev lis kev cai thiab tshuaj xyuas. Lub tsheb tsis muaj neeg tsav tsheb, vam khom rau lub platform kev tswj xyuas kev txawj ntse, tuaj yeem thauj cov khoom raws li kev ua ntej - teeb tsa txoj kev, ua tiav 24-teev ntse thiab ceev kev lis kev cai clearance.
Qhov kev txav no tau hloov pauv qhov xwm txheej dhau los ntawm "tos lub tsheb" mus rau hauv kev pabcuam ua haujlwm ntawm "tos cov khoom", ntsib tag nrho -hnub tiag- lub sijhawm xa khoom xav tau ntawm cov lag luam rau cov khoom lag luam ceev thiab me me, kom tsis txhob muaj cov kab ntau lawm nres los ntawm cov khoom siv tsis txaus. Raws li kev txheeb cais, tus nqi ntawm cov khoom thauj los ntawm lub tsheb tsis muaj neeg tsav tsheb tau mus txog 5.88 lab nyiaj daus las, nrog kev sib tw ntau dua 6,500 mais, thiab tau txo qis cov nqi logistics rau cov lag luam los ntawm 50%.
Cov tsheb thauj khoom tsis muaj neeg tsav tsheb thiab cov chaw nres nkoj ntse sib koom ua ke
Hauv kev tsim cov chaw nres nkoj ntse, cov tsheb thauj khoom tsis muaj neeg tuaj yeem tau muab tso rau hauv kev siv. Lawv tuaj yeem ua tiav cov haujlwm nyuaj xws li tsav tsheb raws li txoj kev npaj ua ntej, dhau los ntawm cov chaw kuaj xyuas kev lis kev cai, thim rov qab thiab chaw nres tsheb. Cov txheej txheem yog qhov tseeb thiab yuam kev - dawb. Cov tuam txhab xa khoom xa tuaj tuaj yeem ua tiav tag nrho cov txheej txheem suav nrog kev tso npe ua lag luam, tshaj tawm kev tshaj tawm, thiab kev tshaj tawm kev soj ntsuam ciam teb los ntawm online platforms, ua kom yooj yim cov txheej txheem thiab txuag cov neeg ua haujlwm thiab cov peev txheej. Kev sim ua haujlwm ntawm cov chaw nres nkoj ntse tau txhim kho qhov peev txheej kev lis kev cai.
Nws cia siab tias tom qab kev ua haujlwm raug cai, lub peev xwm tshem tawm kev lis kev cai niaj hnub yuav nce mus rau 2,000 lub tsheb, ntxiv rau kev txhawb nqa kom du thiab yooj yim ntawm kev lag luam ciam teb.
Yav tom ntej Outlook:
Kev tsim kho cov kev lis kev cai ntse nrog automation thiab tsis yog -kev tshem tawm yuav txuas ntxiv txhim kho qib automation ntawm kev tswj hwm kev ua haujlwm, ua kom zoo dua tsis yog- cov qauv kev tswj hwm, thiab ua kom tob rau kev siv cov thev naus laus zis tshiab hauv ntau yam xws li hiav txwv, av, huab cua, tsheb ciav hlau, thiab kev xa ntawv.
Nyob rau hauv lub neej yav tom ntej, kev siv zog yuav ua kom tiav "tsis yog-kev tshem tawm" rau cov neeg caij tsheb, los ntawm kev siv cov ntaub ntawv sib qhia thiab cov cuab yeej ntse, tso cai rau cov neeg caij tsheb sab hauv thiab sab nrauv kom txaus siab rau kev ceev thiab yooj yim tshem tawm yam tsis muaj xwm txheej tshwj xeeb.
Nyob rau tib lub sijhawm, cov kev lis kev cai ntse yuav txhawb nqa cov qauv noj tshiab xws li hla - ciam teb e- kev lag luam, txhawb kev siv cov khoom lag luam barcodes, txhim kho tus ntoo khaub lig- txheej txheem xa rov qab, thiab siv tag nrho - txheej txheem kev tswj hwm, ua kom hla - ciam teb noj yooj yim dua thiab ruaj ntseg. Qhov kev hloov pauv kev lis kev cai no nyob rau hauv kev siv tshuab hluav taws xob thiab kev txawj ntse tau nrawm nrawm hauv cov chaw nres nkoj loj thiab ciam teb thoob plaws lub tebchaws, txhaj tshuaj muaj zog rau hauv kev txhawb nqa kev lag luam thiab kev tswj hwm kev hloov kho tshiab.
